European Commission

The Commission is responsible for implementing common European wide policies legal policies (for example common agricultural policy). It also administers the European Unions budget and manages the programmes that are running within the European Union.

European Parliament and SEPA

The European parliament will provide the legal framework for the SEPA initiative in conjunction with the other European bodies that have a stake in this initiative.
